Dr. Ethan Hefner is from Newton, NC. He completed his bachelor’s in animal science and doctor of veterinary at North Carolina State University. He then completed an equine internship at Littleton Equine Medical Center in Colorado. Dr. Hefner then went to Auburn, AL where he completed an ophthalmology specialty internship followed by the residency. At Auburn is where he met his fiancé, Dr. Roxy Rodriguez.
Dr. Hefner has always been an avid horseback rider. Now that he has free time post residency, Dr. Hefner hopes to get back into riding. He also enjoys playing piano and tennis.
